I write tut's as a guide line to make tags. I'm in no way saying mine is the right way, just the way I make a tag.
There are many ways to do all tags. I am just sharing my view of making the tag's I make... If you have a better way of doing a certain step, then by all means use your way. After all it is your tag centered around my tut... I would appreciate an occasional comment telling me what you think of the Tag, Tut, Kit, ect... This way I know what everyone likes and can improve... Thanks for understanding...
Please do not add your name or other words to the snags I post on my blog
****** ****** TOU ****** ******

Weathering The Storm

Weathering the Storm

This tutorial is written in Corel X5(15) but any version should work. It’s written in hopes that you have some working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro, or other graphics program...
This is written by me, out of my thoughts never meant to copy or look like others work…

I am using a PTU Scrapkit
By
Pink Paradox Productions
“Weathering the Storm”

You can find all of her kits in her store
Here
I am using the artwork of
Alex Prihodko
You can find most of his work
(Always make a smaller version of your tube, with the height 600pixels, use smart size so it does not pixilate the tube)

I am using a FTU mask by Vix
You can find them all on her blog
(mask362) Here Vix PSP

Open a 700x700 size tag…
Frame3 c/p re-size by 50% leave in the middle of your tag…
Take a close up version of your tube crop just her face off, I had to rotate mine 45° to the right to put just her face and top of her knee inside of the frame, them pull back behind the frame…
Add these Xero: Radiance Settings

82 c/p re-size by 55% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…
139 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the far right hand edge of your tag…

7 c/p re-size by 15% rotate 45° to the right clean off the chain, to make it look like it is sitting on top of the white flowers…
145 c/p re-size by 40% pull to the middle of white flowers…
77 c/p mirror re-size by 50% pull to the left hand edge of your tag, copy re-sized version mirror it and paste it on the right hand side of your tag, merge them into one layer…
29 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the far tight hand edge of tower…

44 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the middle of your tag…
93 c/p re-size by 65% pull to the middle of your tag, you can paste it a few times to make it look like the blocks will sit on grass then pull behind the blocks…
2 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to sit on top of blocks in front of tower…
14 c/p re-size by 20% pull to the lower left hand edge of blocks…
10 c/p re-size by 25% pull to the front of E14…
33 c/p re-size by 30% pull to the very far left hand edge of the dog…
3 c/p re-size by 55% pull up to the top of your tag, copy re-sized and pull it to the bottom of your tag, merge into one layer…
9 c/p mirror re-size by 25% pull to the top of tower…
Go to the bottom layer of your tag, flood fill with paper26 apply mask from above, merge into one layer add a sharpen more to the image, and this drop shadow
